We ship to addresses within Australia and select international locations. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or other factors outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

8. Workshops and Events

Registration for workshops and events is subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded but may be transferred to another person.

9. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content on our website or social media channels, you grant Solterra Candles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
